Sit! is an original canine and human roleplay were you get the chance to run your life as both a human and a canine. Here, you are given the opportunity to begin your life as a human looking for fame through the raising, showing, and future breeding of the dogs that you may or may not start off with. By buying canines and taking good care of them, you get the chance to allow your dogs to mature and eventually enter shows to try and win. However, you mustn't forget to get a job so you can earn money to take care of your dogs as well as to purchase a home for both you and them to live in. The more money you have, the better the things you can buy and the better your dog will succeed; however can you over come the challenges and difficulties that come with raising your canines and managing your own life as well? Perhaps it is time you found out...

This is a little place that us mods and admins go discuss what happens on Sit! and what we are going to add on to it. This pretty much means that you can’t look in here! In here mods can also find information that they might forget later on. Keep up the good work.

You can create all your characters in here. Please wait until your accepted (That usually doesn’t take very long). Once your accepted you can go role-play on the boards! Also please use the form provided inside and remember to follow the rules.
This is the town’s center. Here you can get updated with events that are happening in town and such. Also this is where the town hall was build. Inside, you can find the hall of fame where the town keeps record of important people. Outside of the building is a board; printed up on the board is a bunch of numbers, in fact everyone in town’s number. I’m sure you can find anyone you’re looking for here.
Offering many varieties of food and supplies the local pet shop is a pet parents’ best friend. The owner of the pet shop, Tom is a kind man. He ensures you that all his dogs come from quality places and not puppy mills. Most of his dogs are purebred but he often carries mixes that he finds or rescues from pounds. The dogs here can sometimes be expensive but Tom needs to live off something! The workers here are usually nice but sometime are grumpy so watch out. When big sales are happing, Tom will post it in the town hall.
The pound is a dark place were unwanted dogs are sent when they are not wanted anymore, in a dog’s eyes that’s worst then dyeing. This building hangs high and dark over the town with rows and rows of cages. The inside is an unexplainable smell, a mixture of fear, worry, saddest, and death. Would you really come here to abandon your friend, your dog? The one who has stuck with you all those cold nights? If it’s totally necessary then so be it. Hopefully when you enter this building you come to adopt a dog and not discount one and add to the problem. After a few weeks, the dogs that have not been adopted will be put to sleep.
In a small office works a huge number of staff always tending to a sick animal.. If you think your dog has been acting wired then come right in, the fee is not cheap but this is the only vet office for miles. The vet will check over your dog and tell you what medicine you need to go buy. If your dog needs it’s yearly shots then the fee is free due to a program the town has.
If you feel that a crime was committed then come here and report it. This is also where the rookies come to learn everything they need to know to become police men/woman. The station is usually used for the school and practice. Be warned that the town has a very large number of police!
To post in your home simply makes a thread in the number that was assigned to you and move right in! In your house you can store all your awards, and hold your dogs in. Different upgrades cost different prices so do not going role-playing in a backyard if you do not have one! I’m sure your dog will want one anyways. The larger your house is the more dogs you can keep. You can’t role-play in a big house if you don’t have one anyways!
A very large park dedicated to the dogs of the town. A high chain fence surrounds the park to ensure that every dog stays inside. The sand that covers the park is changed every week by the park keepers. The park if off leash of course and any healthy dog is allowed in. Here you can meet new friends and dogs. Around the back of the park is a pond where the dogs can refresh at and play. The park is also full of benches where a caring owner can sit down and read a book or do homework. There is only one door that leads out the park and it is a double door so you can let your dog run far and feel safe that nobody will try to take you pooch. The park has a sign hanging on the fence reading “Please clean up after your dog with the bag provided” next to the sign is a roll of bags. I think you know what they are for… Remember you always keep a name tag on your dog in case anyone wants to know your dog name.
A perfect place for a group of friends to hang out in or a first date. The pizza here is very cheap and the people that work here are very considerate. The pizza that can be brought here is completely custom made by the consumer. Inside a large row of different ingredients set on a table in bowls, that you can choose and add to your pizza. Outside a huge sign is held “No dogs allowed!” guess he means it. This pizza shop holds a family recipe, an ancient mix that has been passed down generation to generation. The sauce and bread that they use has something in it that always drives people back despise of what they have added to their pizza. If a person is found bring a dog into the store then they can be banned from it the owner is very strict about dog fur flying around people’s eating area.
Think you have what it take to take home best of show? Not all the dogs here are pushovers. Lucky for you the town doesn’t require purebreds and any dog can enter but can it go past the limit? Here you can find
Beyond the town lies a large forest with acres and acres of trees. One can get lost very easily so keep your ears up. A lake carried water across the whole forest here as it is almost remote to humans. The only things here are animals. This includes wolves so be careful, they don’t play around. Be sure to be back at a reasonable time I’m sure your owner would be very worried if you wandered off for so long and so far away. The mountain holds many large cliffs and rocks that are perfect for climbing. The forest is protected under the law by humans to ensure that it is there for years to come although human sometimes come not into the forest but at the very edge to cut down some wood. At times you might see a tree or two that is sprayed painted a different color, this is to help people that might or have gotten lost in the forest. Some rocks are also spray painted with arrows to help but most people don’t dare to wander so far into the forest to actually see the paint. Most of the time on filed trips, or on camping trip they mostly camp at the very edge or close to it
Here is a freshwater lake. It's located near the forest but isn't nearly as dangerous. The lake is located in the forest but is large enough to be a different area with a different route. The lake is close enough to town for humans to come in but ever since the news of the people getting lost in the forest, the lake doesn’t get as many people as it use to. The water is here is very clean as if it is untouched and is swarming with life, ducks and fish. There are a few wooden boats tied on close to the dock but those are for people, they look rusty and not to trustworthy but they still look like they can hold a dog or two but it is still un wise. The wild animal from the forest are also often found here but the only thing that you should fear from that are the wolves and rarely bears but that’s not likely to happen.
Behind the very large and fancy restaurant the workers like to leave the leftover food to the strays. Be warned that if they see your collar they will try to catch you and return you home. Avoid that and you can enjoy all the food that the humans do, it’s just a bit colder. It’s a nice place to bring the family too. The food is usually taken out during the night so try and sneak away when your owner is in bed. Sometimes things can get aggressive here with the strays so be careful if the people only put out one dish as for here it’s survival for the strays but it’s safe behind the restaurant away from the cars and buildings.
